Punch - Hassle-free Thanksgiving Dinner

Serve this festive fall drink at Thanksgiving Dinner. It is light and refreshing, and not too sweet. Made with pomegranate juice, this one is a keeper. I found the recipe on the site.

1/2 cup peeled, chopped fresh ginger
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups water
4 cups pomegranate juice
4 cups pineapple juice
6 cups ginger ale


  • Combine ginger, water, and sugar and place in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • Combine the rest of the liquids in a jar and stir.
  • After syrup has cool, add it to the liquid mix.
  • Serve over ice.
