I like cooking more than usual during Christmas time because our family always gets together and share together. One of the things I enjoy doing are the Christmas sugar cookies.

Ingredients
2 ½ cups butter (room temperature) I only use 2 cups
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
5 cups flour (sifted)
1 tsp. baking powder (optional)
1 tsp. salt
